In this workshop we will discuss the natural fear response that comes from attempting arm balancing postures and how to overcome it.

Explore the upside-down world of arm balances, their psychology, physiology, and technique including how to prepare your body and mind. Think crow, crane, firefly, handstand and flying pigeon.

Explore ancient revelations of yoga alongside insights from the science of happiness in this mini-immersion with Sunny Grosso, Happiness Consultant, and Anna Hughes, lifelong yoga educator.
