About the Event
$350 for single weekend | $1700 for The Complete Practice
Do you want more out of your practice? Would you like an entire weekend of complete immersion into the practice as a reset, rekindle or retreat for your body, mind and soul? For those who crave deeper knowledge of chanting and sacred devotional practices, who want time to explore the philosophy and how it relates to everyday life and who are interested in more detailed asana instruction and technique: Bhakti Immersion was created for you.
In this fourth module of The Complete Practice, we will discover some of the lesser known teachings that come from hanuman, the deity of service and love. We will explore his relationship and intersection through Vayu, Shiva, and Kesari, themes of devotion, recognition, and love in action. Hanuman inspires us to embrace our whole self in order to discover meaning in who we are and what we are meant to do here in this life. Through lecture/discussion, asana, meditation, chanting, and inner personal work you will be guided through specific practices that you can integrate into your everyday life. These practices will help you identify your personal obstacles of doubt and misunderstanding while embracing and activating your unique gifts and super powers.
This weekend is appropriate for strong beginners, advanced practitioners, and teachers. These hours are certified CEUs by Yoga Alliance.
