9:30-10am PDT: BONUS mini workshop to develop arm strength
In this series you will gain insights into how consistent daily practice helps you to develop a strong vinyasa practice. For five days in a row, we will practice together to build a rhythm and momentum for your own daily practice. Each challenging, continuous, 90min, full spectrum sequence will challenge you and help you to build strength in your legs, your core, and especially your arms!
Join each morning from 8-9:30am for an action packed 90min practice, and stay for extra half hour if you want to learn more about how to strengthen your arms in vinyasa transitions. You will have access to the recording of each class for three full days after the live class — which means if you have to skip any of the live sessions, you can fast forward to that place and complete it later! The recordings for each session will be sent to you automatically after the completion of each live session.
A Zoom link will be provided by email the night before the start of each session.
