In the Flow of Now with Tias Little with Tias Little

About the Event

$385 for the entire weekend | $100 per session

Yoga is a practice to be whole heartedly in the moment. Whether on or off the mat, we aim to be in the flow of presence for whatever is arising. Yet if the moment is always passing, how do we arrive at full open presence?

In this weekend immersion we practice being in the flow of presence through three primary qualities:
Deep Relaxation, Pure Energy and Realizing Spacious Awareness.

Each class weaves together movement, stillness, sound, pranayama and visualization. In each practice we generate clarity and feeling in order to be in the flow of the now.

Friday 1/24, Embodied Presence: 1:00 – 4:00pm

Sunday 1/26, The Path of Practice: 1:00 – 4:00pm
