About the Event
We think of Kriya Yoga as the the rag that polishes the grit and grime off the mirror of the soul so that we can remember our true, brilliant Self. Join Susannah and break down this integral part of the yoga practice that is often described as where “the rubber meets the road”. Understanding what Kriya is — and how to effectively put it to use — allows us to break patterns and habits that no longer serve us. The practice of Kriya Yoga also aids us in rooting out the deep-seated thoughts and beliefs that keep us engaging in negative behavior. Learn the tools so you can do the work!
This workshop includes philosophy, journal prompts, pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (physical practice), and meditation. It is appropriate for all levels.
