About the Event


Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that helps reset the nervous system, creates physical stamina, relieves stress, boosts creativity, and increases mental endurance. In this workshop with Seva, expect to combine sweaty movement, powerful breath practices, mantra, and the healing vibrations of the Gong.

In the practice of yoga it is known that true peace and fulfillment can only be found within. In order to understand this in ourselves we must humbly surrender the ego to practice walking the path of devotion. This is Bhakti Yoga, which is the first step of true and lasting awakening and transformation. Through this, we gain access to our Shakti energy which helps to cultivate personal discipline, skill, power, and creativity. Through this play of Shakti & Bhakti, bowing and empowering, we begin to connect the manifest self and the innermost self. We experience this flow and interplay as the rise of the Kundalini.
