About the Event
Many of us have habits we want to cultivate and goals we want to accomplish, but our daily to-do lists, jobs, and patterns get in the way. A committed, inspiring, and mindful daily morning ritual sets you up for a positive and creative day ahead, while also helping to solidify new habits and kickstart you on the path towards new goals you hope to accomplish.
We will begin each morning of this five-day spiritual bootcamp with Haley with a short meditation and pranayama practice, followed by a sweaty & dynamic vinyasa flow. This practice will include lengthening and strengthening of the side-body, heating the inner-body with twists, creating energy with heart-openers, and grounding down with hip-openers. We will end each morning with devotional and activating chanting, leaving you ready to take on your day, week, and month.
You will emerge from this sadhana with a stable foundation for a daily yoga practice, and you will be well prepared to put your intentions, goals, and desired habits into action through the rest of 2020.
