Self-care is the ultimate buzzword right now. But what makes self-care more than just a passing fad? What makes it meaningful? Join Andrea Ferretti, Stephanie Snyder, and Jason Crandell for this edition of The Experience to delve into this topic and share how they use tools from yoga and meditation to ensure that they stay well in all aspects of their lives. A range of self-care topics will be covered, from the foods they eat, to how they interact with loved ones, to how they speak to their inner critic.
At The Experience we have the opportunity to socialize, enjoy organic healthy snacks and drinks, grab a chair massage or tarot reading, shop limited edition Love Story gear, and dive into juicy and profound ways to experience yoga off the mat
In our usual spirit of community outreach all vendors will be small, local businesses. Pre-registration required, sell out risk high!
