The first step to advancing your practice and feeling more comfortable in level 2/3 classes is to learn about poses that make these classes more “advanced.” Many of the poses that make higher level vinyasa classes challenging are arm balancing poses. So, in this workshop we will work on strategies to refine arm balances within a vinyasa flow practice!
Poses we will cover are Bakasana (Crow), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2 (Sage Koundinya’s Pose), and Astavakrasana (Eight Crooks Pose). You will leave with drills, and tips to use in public classes and in your home practice.
