Take this mindful “time out” and step away from the distractions of your daily life to re-initiate yourself into more stillness. Let slowness re-calibrate you. This workshop is dedicated time for you to reroute and ground in goodness. Life can feel overwhelming and now is a wonderful time to refuel yourself with the magic of meditation, asana and community.
Join us for a 60-minute yoga class with Anna Hughes followed by friendly American Mah jongg play.
Bex leads her Friday morning class from 9:30-10:30am so you can move your body and ground into the day. Then we’ll grab coffee and light bites to settle in for Hilah to bring the giggles!
