Join Stephanie Snyder for this engaging, innovative, and essential immersion into the world of sequencing. The sequencing of poses, when the energetic and anatomical consequences are understood, can open a world of possibilities and potential. We will begin this training by getting to know the basics of safe and sound sequencing. From those foundational tenets, we will unpack the how and why of strategically creating a practice based on prescriptive, nuanced, and refined experience and outcome. Learn how to sequence for a particular physical goal (open hamstrings, strengthen upper back, reduce tightness in shoulders, etc.), for a devotional flow (upon a deity or mantra), for philosophical teachings (from the sacred texts), for a time of year, time of day, for different levels (beginner-intermediate), for energetic subtle body (chakras, vayus), etc. The myriad of opportunities we have at our disposal to utilize sequencing as a conduit for deep and lasting positive change through asana is remarkable. This is a fun, creative, and informative 3 days that will arm you with the ability to skillfully sequence a lifetime of practices for yourself and for others.

Each day will include:

- Vinyasa flows that support integrating sequencing techniques

- Lecture/discussion/practicum

- Creative sequencing exercises that will inspire innovation rooted in foundation

- Learn to develop sequences for your own home practice and create sequences that serve others
