Bex leads her Friday morning class from 9:30-10:30am so you can move your body and ground into the day. Then we’ll grab coffee and light bites to settle in for Hilah to bring the giggles!

Book Club returns to Larkspur this winter with a new book, "A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle.  Please join Anna and the community as we collectively dive into an enlivened discussion around this book, over the course of 3 different meet-ups.
