ANASA Breathwork is a 90-minute immersion that combines gentle breathwork with self-inquiry to calibrate your frequency. Derived from the Greek word for "breath," ANASA invites you to explore a yin approach to breathwork guiding you into a hypnosis-like state that nurtures your nervous system.
