New to yoga?  Want to get back to the foundations of your practice?  Join Megan Webster for Yoga 101!  In this 90 minute workshop, we will have the luxury of time to discuss proper allignment for our postures, how to modify and build strength, and chat about all of your yoga questions.  We will put everything together with a 45 minute flow that will help you feel supported and strong in your practice!
