This Friday night date-night experience is an invitation to slow all the way down, soften the body, and settle the nervous system in a cozy, candlelit room. We’ll move through a deeply nourishing yin practice with long, supported holds designed to release tension, calm the mind, and help you reconnect to your breath and body. Come as you are, get comfy, and let yourself be held by stillness, warmth, and presence, together.
Step into radiant embodiment in this two day yoga immersion focused on essential vinyasa yoga sequences and techniques. You will learn core vinyasa flow patterns that alchemize into creative expressions of asana and movement, inviting both expansion and depth within the practice.
These workshops are a collection of Kristen's favorite sequences that are rooted in traditional yogic lineages and simultaneously inspired and sourced from within. This time together will include asana, pranayama, mantra + dharma. All levels are welcome.
Wild & Divine is a 90-minute embodied movement journey designed to awaken your primal energy, build strength, and move what’s been stored in the body. We begin with an intentional vinyasa flow to ground and ignite — connecting breath to movement, heat to awareness. From there, we rise into strength-based sequences woven with sculpt-inspired training, deep goddess holds, and powerful standing work to build fire in the body.
Yoga 101 is a supportive, beginner-friendly experience designed to demystify yoga and help you feel confident stepping onto the mat. We will slow things down, break poses apart, and explore the foundations of a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable practice.
