Breath is Life is an invitation to listen inward to the wisdom of your heart and connect with your inner truth. This active meditation practice is designed to promote access to deeper layers of your emotional and energetic body for self-connection and healing. Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this practice will meet you wherever you are in your journey.
This Friday night date-night experience is an invitation to slow all the way down, soften the body, and settle the nervous system in a cozy, candlelit room. We’ll move through a deeply nourishing yin practice with long, supported holds designed to release tension, calm the mind, and help you reconnect to your breath and body. Come as you are, get comfy, and let yourself be held by stillness, warmth, and presence, together.
Return home to embodied presence and infinite love in this two hour, heart opening yoga experience. We will move through an extended Vinyasa flow that balances strength and ease, creating space to release tension and feel more at home in your being.
