After a brief introduction to the principles from Eoin Finn’s new book Yoga Optimized, we’ll move straight into a full, fluid vinyasa practice. You’ll discover why the stretches that never seemed to work for you finally do. Even wheel pose, often thought of as a backbend, becomes far more comfortable when you realize it’s largely a shoulder-opening pose. You’ll feel the difference in your very first practice.
This workshop offers an in-depth experiential exploration of the 5 kleshas. In yoga philosophy, the kleshas are named as the roots of all suffering. They affect our work, relationships, sense of belonging, identity and ability to live with purpose, presence and meaning.
