After a brief introduction to the principles from Eoin Finn’s new book Yoga Optimized, we’ll move straight into a full, fluid vinyasa practice. You’ll discover why the stretches that never seemed to work for you finally do. Even wheel pose, often thought of as a backbend, becomes far more comfortable when you realize it’s largely a shoulder-opening pose. You’ll feel the difference in your very first practice.
This workshop offers an in-depth experiential exploration of the 5 kleshas. In yoga philosophy, the kleshas are named as the roots of all suffering. They affect our work, relationships, sense of belonging and identity and ability to live with purpose, presence and meaning.
