Leia Layus Bio:
As a yoga teacher and an integrative therapist, Leia is inspired by the connection between psychology, Eastern philosophy, somatic movement modalities, yoga, mindfulness, creativity, and spirituality. To support our integration, Leia’s classes provide grounding, foundation, grace, and ease by blending Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and restorative Satya Yoga. She accompanies her classes with her love of philosophy, poetry, and wisdom of East West psychology. Deeply touched by this path and its supportive nature of looking inward and living more fully, Leia offers these practices for the health and wellness of all beings.
Ashley Lauren Bio:
Ashley is a devoted and experienced healing arts practitioner with a background in yoga, reiki energy healing, and trauma informed somatic therapy. Her offerings are created with a deep intrigue and reverence for the miraculous nature of the body to heal and restore our essential nature. Ashley’s teaching merges the somatic and spiritual realms, the individual and collective soul to create a felt sense of oneness. Students are guided through a somatic exploration that soothes the nervous system, allowing for a return to our natural state of harmony and interconnectedness.
