The New Year is a good time to recharge through dedicated practice. Yogic practices are designed to provide opportunities for deep reflection and intention setting. The path of practice is the subject of this half day intensive and will include workshopping yoga poses, refining vinyasa transitions, breathwork, meditation, and journaling. The hope is that you may build resilience through practice, gain insight into your deepest desires, and start to make a plan to bring about the inner transformation you seek in 2025.
