Experience the perfect blend of flow and beats in our Vinyasa Yoga & Live DJ Class with Mia Rose and zoë j. Energize the body through a dynamic sequence, enhanced by the rhythmic blends from zoë j! 

Throughout the class, zoë j. will mix genres such as deep house and melodic house to enhance the practice and allow for a deeper reflection and self discovery. Enjoy this immersive experience and support the body to move with intentionality and guided music- finding a path of creativity and unique expression of movement. After class, please join us as we gather in community to connect and celebrate.

Zoe’s Bio: as a lawyer by day, zoë j. uses music to contrast her day-to-day by creating spaces for people to explore their self-expression and creativity. She experiments with different genres as an avenue to connect with others and finds immense joy in seeing others become uninhibited on the dance floor.
