Delving Deeper: The practices of yoga that move us toward the state of yoga

The Yoga Sutras tell us that patient, ongoing and enthusiastic dedication to the practices of yoga leads us toward a greater sense of well-being and the best version of Us. Spend the day with Anna and company as we dive a bit more deeply into these practices together. This day will consist of all the components of your favorite yoga class, with more time to learn about, explore and learn from each one.

We'll take a break mid-day for lunch and you're welcome to grab food at any of the lovely options at Marin Country Mart or BYO.
