Join local mover and energy shaker, Jordanna Eve Dworkin, L.Ac. for a sparkling Summer energetic uplift. Flow into a warm, soulful vinyasa and yin (Vin Yin) journey and float on a gently rolling savasana wave with community style acupuncture. Experience seamless blends of movement and stillness, sprinkled with qi tingles along the way.

Begin with a welcoming breathwork invocation, followed by 45 minutes of Vin Yin flow to set the replenishing tone of the night. Relax into a deep and dreamy acupuncture savasana, combining gentle needling with enchanting soundscape.

New to the experience of acupuncture? Specific points along meridians are needled to encourage free flow of qi or energy. Sensations such as tingling, heat, radiating or pulsing of energy are all natural responses to acupuncture point activation. Attentive hands will be on deck to nurture and support from start to finish.

Blankets, blocks and bolsters will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any comfort items to cozify the experience (camping mat/pillow/eye pillow/warm layers).
