The practice of Kirtan brings us together in community, which is so important to our well-being and mental health. It has been quite a process navigating community over the last couple of years and so we are now slowly starting to gather again to heal, unite and sing in the key of “WE” Through the powerful and transformative practice of Bhakti, the yoga of devotion, we lose ourselves to find ourselves. This practice enables us to surrender the mind to the heart and to embrace and glorify what is sacred to us through mantra meditation. Higher states of consciousness within the heart can be ignited and the illusion of separateness is dissolved through mantra and sangha!
Please join us for an evening of Kirtan, devotional singing, to uplift our spirits and deepen our love for that which breathes us.
