2023 New Year Burning Bowl Ceremony

The beginning of the calendar year brings so much hope and the freshness of a clean slate: the perfect opportunity to manifest what one would like to call in for the next year’s cycle. What better way to welcome 2023 than to join Liz Andolong for her annual Burning Bowl Ceremony!

In this workshop, Liz will be offering space for folks to notice how the previous year may still be living in their holistic bodies (mind, body, energy, spirit) and to give them a ritual/space/way to bring closure to the year previous so they can magnetize and receive all of their hearts’ desires for this year.

Within the workshop, we will be:

  • taking stock of the year previous (recommendation to bring calendars/planners/cameras)

  • notice where it may still be living in our holistic bodies (mind, body, energy), while also noticing how it might be impacting our energy + spirits

  • clear it through intentional movement (asana and savasana), intentional presence (mindfulness), intentional space (rest + energy healing), and ritual (burning bowl)

  • aligning and embodying what it is we want to magnetize and manifest for ourselves in the new year by clear intention setting so we are primed to receive

Get ready to bring 2022 to a close, come with an open mind, heart, and spirit. We will be setting up “rest nests” where we’ll be doing a gentle yoga practice, meditation, restorative yoga, journaling, and receiving energy healing. We’ll also be doing a ritual in community, so it’s recommended you come prepared to stay for the entire time.

Come with comfortable clothes to move in and layers to keep you warm (for savasana/meditation). Bring whatever will help jog your memory of 2022, whether it be planners, calendars, or your phones.

Liz Andolong is a healing arts practitioner, facilitator, and intuitive educator who is passionate about holding spaces for folks to do less and feel more. It is within this space — or what she likes to call “the sacred pause” — that she believes folks are able to truly tap into the limitless healing power that is accessible within themselves through body-centered experiences like nervous system regulation, energy work, subtle body exploration, somatic emotional release, and guided visualization. A certified Usui Reiki Master and E-RYT200, Liz guides you from the outside in, in hopes you discover the infinite ways our bodies are our greatest teachers.
