Sound Bath with Karen Jaffe
This New Year reset is an invitation to pause, breathe, and realign. Guided by the restorative power of crystal alchemy bowls and grounding meditation, Karen creates a space to clear the noise of the past year and awaken the inner clarity needed to manifest what comes next.

Karen is a sound healer, yoga and meditation instructor, and the founder of Sound Nectar. She has completed extensive training, including 500-hour YogaWorks certification, Trauma-Informed Yoga training, advanced study with the Radiant Sutras School of Meditation, and the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening. Her teaching is shaped by studies in subtle body philosophy, sound healing at Esalen, Reiki Levels I & II, and years of guiding students in studios, retreats, and private settings across California, Aspen, and internationally.

Her classes are known for their spaciousness, calming presence, and the gentle way they invite deep rest. This session is designed to soften the edges of the year behind you, reconnect you with your natural rhythm, and open room for intention, vision, and new beginnings.
