Listening into the New Year: A Nada Yoga Sound Journey with Deva Munay

On the eve of the first New Moon of 2026, we gather to listen inward and begin again. Rooted in Nada Yoga—the ancient practice of sound as a pathway to presence—this immersive experience invites deep listening, reflection, and renewal.

After a brief opening to clarify what you’re ready to release, sustain, and welcome into the year ahead, you’ll be guided into an extended sound journey of over an hour, supported by a curated collection of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. As the body softens and the nervous system settles, sound becomes a medium for deep rest, insight, and integration.

Open to all. No prior experience needed. Please bring a pen and journal.

About Deva Munay

Deva Munay is a sound artist, teacher, and retreat leader who divides her time between Big Sur and San Francisco. She teaches at Esalen Institute and works with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to create immersive experiences rooted in presence, resonance, and the art of listening.
