Yep! Bits and Bending is back. Join Hilah and Bex, the perfect morning duo, for their version of the ideal happy hourISH. The OG-event will be hosted in our LARKSPUR studio at the Marin Country Mart for a morning of movement and joy.
For anyone who knows, they promise levity, relatable laughs, and lots of fun on and off the mat.
Bex leads her Friday morning class from 9:30-10:30am so you can move your body and ground into the day. Then we’ll grab coffee and light bites to settle in for Hilah to bring the giggles!
