Join Love Story instructor, Mairin McCracken, for a class benefiting Breast Cancer Angels. We'll gather on the sundeck at Love Story Larkspur to move, breathe, and be together in honor of those affected by breast cancer. This super special class will be accompanied by a live DJ set from Devin Inabinet (find her on Soundcloud at @devcloud!).

About Mairin: Coming from a dance background, Mairin's entire life has been a celebration of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. While a dance injury first led her to explore the physical aspect of yoga, her passion for spiritual growth is what has led her to dedicate herself to the yoga teachings. In Mairin's sculpt classes, you can expect a combination of traditional Vinyasa with strength building and mobility techniques, as well as options to get the heart rate up and find your "edge". Mairin grounds each class through sangha (spiritual community), acknowledging that while yoga is a powerful tool for personal growth, there is beauty in realizing the potential of moving, breathing, and growing together. By integrating yoga philosophy, physical rigor, and a thoughtfully curated playlist into each class, Mairin hopes that students walk away feeling more at home in their bodies and more at peace with their thoughts. https://www.movewithmairin.com/
About Devin: Devcloud is a San Francisco-based & LA bred selector. Growing up as a dancer, her love of music followed her to the Midwest where she was introduced to the underground dance music community and inspired her current career as a Doctor of Audiology. Her style is uplifting and fresh-house leaning but varied. This class is in loving memory of Mairin's mom, Nancy McCracken, who was involved with Breast Cancer Angels both as an advocate and as a recipient of their support. Breast Cancer Angels is a non-profit that provides financial support to people experiencing breast cancer.
