Inversions like handstand tend to get avoided. This is because they can be challenging, potentially risky, and can bring up feelings of fear. But, when you learn to work up to these poses with skill and understanding, the fear turns into a feeling of empowerment.

In this series we will focus on methods for strengthening your handstand practice. Practices will include warm-ups and drills to prepare your body for handstand, methods to increase length of holds at the wall, and strategies for working toward balance in the middle of the room. By working step-by-step, deconstructing and reconstructing, and exploring every nuance, your command of handstand will greatly increase. Expect to have fun, be challenged, and to surprise yourself with what you can do!

A Zoom link will be shared by email one hour before the start of each session. 48-hour replay will be provided.
