About the Event
$14 per session | $22 for the series
8-9pm PST: Sunday, Nov 1 and Wednesday, Nov 4.
In our current reality, there are many external circumstances that can cause us anxiety, frustration, and stress. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by guided meditation. In this two-part Yoga Nidra series, you will be guided through subtle breathing and imagery techniques designed to relax, lower stress levels, and facilitate an energetic sense of well-being. Each session is purposefully designed to cultivate clarity and resolve and induce a sense of ease and calm in an exciting, yet unnerving time. No experience needed, all you need is a quiet place to lay down.
A Zoom link will be provided by email 1 hour before the start of each session.
