Day-Long Retreat with Haley
Join Haley Havelock accompanied by Dr. Karinn Casey of AcuPop and Chris Chapman of Tacos Everywhere for a day of movement, nourishment, and rejuvenation. Begin the day with a long and strong vinyasa practice taught by Haley, complete with a brief meditation and of course chanting. Our practice will be followed by a nourishing and seasonal meal served on Love Story’s deck, prepared by Chef Chris Chapman. After lunch, you'll have a break to relax, go on a hike nearby, enjoy one of the many shops and wellness spaces in the Mart, or do whatever your heart desires. The day will end with a restorative practice led by Haley accompanied by acupuncture and bodywork with Karinn Gallagher of AcuPop.

Doctor Karinn Casey, founder of AcuPop, is a premier acupuncturist, herbalist and massage therapist in San Francisco/Los Angeles. Dr. Karinn brings more than 10,000 hours of patient care; building wellness programs with SoulCycle and The Assembly, collaborating with lululemon, The Warriors, Open Mindfulness, Healthline, True Botanicals, and Mother Mag. Karinn has worked in volume with recovering athletes and large professional groups, offering grounded clinical experience, focussed attention, and lasting results. She specializes in pain disorders, anxiety, stress management, and fertility. Dr. Karinn feels therapeutic bodywork is essential after this period of extreme isolation and unexpected transition.
