Chakra Clearing Workshop with Susannah Freedman

Susannah affirms that working with the Chakras has been one of the practices that have freed her most from suffering.

In this 2.5 hr intensive workshop, you will go through the Chakras one at a time to more fully understand what each one is all about, and which one (or ones) are out of alignment at this time in your life - whether that be over or underactive. After individual and group work, you will be led through a Chakra clearing meditation and pranayama, followed by a strong Vinyasa flow.
