Discover the Power of Strategic & Creative Sequencing

Join Stephanie Snyder and Anna Hughes for a 5 day deep dive into the wonderful world of how, when, and why knowing how to strategically sequence the practice is so essential. During this intensive, we will learn the more sophisticated components of safe, sound, and relevant sequencing either for a successful class (teachers) or home practice (students). Over the course of this intensive, we will discover the basics of strategic sequencing, sequencing for different abilities, sequencing for different goals, sequencing for different times of year and times of day, and sequencing for prescriptive benefits (such as shoulder opening, stress relieving, strength building, spiritual awareness, etc). This will be a fun, creative, and informative 5 days that will arm you with the ability to skillfully sequence a lifetime of practices for yourself for others. 

This training is appropriate for all yoga practitioners, yoga teachers, and teachers in training.

*This workshop is 25 hours of continuing education with Yoga Alliance for RYT.
