What graduates are saying…

  • “It has changed my perspective on life! What I used to value, how I reacted to stressful situations, how I deal with conflict or feelings have all changed thanks to training. I feel like I can be more clear and level headed when making decisions and have more empathy and understanding, and a more positive outlook on life.

Thanks to the philosophies and teachings, my practice has now transformed to a more restorative asana, daily meditations, and a lot of self-introspective work.”

    Amy, @mindfulnessbyamy

  • “There is no way for me to fully encompass the ways that training has impacted my life. I am a different person now than at the beginning. The work I and my fellow trainees did in training has helped me every day since I left. I practice to move my body and mind and bring the world back into perspective. This is for anyone who is interested in deepening their practice and learning more about yoga in order to teach or just for expanding themselves.”

    Meghan, @megvbridges

  • “As a result, I have a greater appreciation and understanding of yoga. I have also gained more reverence for the process of the teacher in general, instilling a deep sense of compassion and camaraderie for everyone on this journey. Undergoing training with LSY has really allowed me to create a life for myself. It was extremely pivotal. Teaching helped me become comfortable sharing myself more and in a way, lead a more public life.”

    Isabel, @tinyhealer
