Do you love HIIT classes and Vinyasa? Then, this series is for you! In these action-packed 45min classes, we will aim to kick-start our fitness routine in 2021.

These classes are designed to “get it all in.” Within a manageable 45min time period you will get an ample amount of cardio, muscle strengthening and stretching. Each class will include 15min of high intensity interval training (HIIT), 15min of Vinyasa, 10min of stretching, and a short savasana. And, you will be able to practice to the recording of each class for an entire week after. This series will set you up with four short, repeatable, easy to learn sequences that you can use well beyond the end of the series. The aim is to help you to accomplish your fitness goals for 2021!

A Zoom link will be shared by email one hour before the start of each session. 48-hour replay will be provided.
