Join Stephanie for a 5-part study of and exploration into the Yamas as outlined in the Yoga Sutra. Every Sunday for 5 weeks you will have the opportunity to examine how the practice of compassion, honesty, abundance, and restraint can change your life right now. Stephanie will lead a discussion on one Yama per week, including Sanskrit translation, examples, practices, real life applications and specific assignments that will help you implement these yogic principles into your daily life.
This will be an empowering excavation of the habits that are hindering you. You will devise a plan to get onto (or back onto) the path of actionable positive change that will help, rather than hinder, your progress as a person. This work will benefit every aspect of your life: home, work, family, relationships, etc.
