Roll & Restore:

Relax, release tension and enjoy a self-massage with therapy balls!

In this 90 minute workshop we will roll from head to toe. In addition to your yoga mat, block, towel, and water, you will need a pair of therapy balls. Our favorite rubber balls can be purchased here, or you can also use a pair of tennis balls.

Rolling erases pain, relieves stress, improves performance and helps in recovery after exercise and movement. Join us and give your mind and body some extra love!

This workshop is for All Bodies; accessible variations using the wall or a chair will be offered.

To fulfill the promise of sharing Yoga for All Bodies™, Natalia is certified in Vinyasa, Yoga for All, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Accessible Yoga, The Roll Model Method, Restorative, Yin,  and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Natalia trains yoga teachers on how to make their classes more accessible and welcoming to all bodies, and mentors them on how to build their own, authentic brand to stand out as yoga teachers.
